Developmental

Developmental

The Developmental Team is a five-month program for those brand new to the sport of volleyball. The Developmental Team will have four hours of practice each week spread over two weeknights. This team does not play in any tournaments, but they will get a team-like experience while developing their volleyball skills.

We offer Skills Clinics as well as Pre-Tryout Clinics. Typically, our clinics take place during the summer and lead into Club Team Tryouts. Please check our page for the most up-to-date clinic information.

With our very own state-of-the-art weight room, located right inside our facility, athletes have the ability to enhance their athletic ability through performance training classes. These classes are tailored to athletes looking to improve in any of the following areas: strength, speed, vertical, agility, flexibility, and explosiveness.

Many of our coaches offer private training sessions for athletes looking for extra repetitions outside of designated practice time.

Teams

Our Boys and Girls Club Teams are for those looking for a competitive experience. Our teams will play in local tournaments monthly. Select teams will travel out of state as well. We offer teams at different skill levels for every age group. The age groups for our club teams are 12U-18U.
Youth Volleyball League

Our Youth Volleyball League (YVL) is a six-week league for those interested in learning the fundamentals of volleyball. The league takes place on Friday nights where one practice and one game will take place. We offer this league seasonally.
